I listen, guide and support.
I help individuals overcome emotional, situational, and relationship challenges to live new versions of themselves and their lives. My approach is to provide a safe space and a trusted therapeutic experience to explore problem areas and find solutions to live a fuller existence.
I will work with you to shed light on the issues and relieve feelings of self-doubt. The tools and skills I provide are proven to work and help you gain resilience against future episodes of depression, anxiety, or stress. I often integrate mindfulness practices, so you have the tools to find relief in your day-to-day life and recommend mind-body-soul methods to help you as a whole person.
My clients have weekly sessions to receive consistent support and transition out of feeling depressed, anxious or overwhelmed. Over time, they experience a change in emotions, relationships, work-life, and how they feel about themselves. We'll start with what's going on in the present, learn how to get control over feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, and explore the background of issues to bring awareness and interrupt any repeating patterns that prolong painful struggles.
You don't have to feel ashamed or suffer in silence. Instead, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to help you out of the grips of sadness, anxiety, or stress and forward on a path of healing and health. Therapy doesn't have to feel scary or difficult. Instead, it can feel like a breath of fresh air and welcomed change.
